Do you like to build things? To create? Do you love assembling things without the instruction manual? We are looking for skilled Pattern Makers/Prototypers to help us design and build out our IcePlate Ecosystem. If you are a builder with training and experience in Pattern Making, Cut & Sew, Tech Pack Assembly, Sourcing, Bills of Materials, prototyping and fabrication, then we want to hear from you. Applicants will be expected to travel domestically and have formal training in soft goods/fashion/equipment design. Experience with ANSI, ISEA, OSHA, ASTM and NFPA are a plus. Location: candidates must live within 90 minutes of the Washington D.C. Metro Area and be a U.S. Citizen or have legal work privileges in the United States.
Do you love puzzles? Are you organized? Do you love numbers? Do you have exceptional pattern recognition skills? Do your friends remark about how good you are at math? We are looking for someone to manage our various e-commerce, email marketing platforms, social media (data, not content) and the suite of analytics tools to support them. Duties will include data analysis, pattern recognition, coding and execution of E-Commerce Strategy as directed by the CFO (who is a quant, so no BS). Great intuition guided by excellent quantitative, analytical skills and communication are a must. Experience is not required but constant usage of e-commerce software programs and data analytics tools will be necessary. Some of the tools we use: Excel, Shopify, Google Analytics, Amazon, Facebook Ads Manager, MailChimp, Tawk and plug-ins or apps associated with each tool such as HootSuite or similar. Are you organized, personable, and meticulous? Do you have trouble falling asleep if you haven’t crossed off everything on your to-do list? We are looking for someone who can manage vendors and the manufacturing process from start to finish. Duties will include production scheduling and management, deliverables, inventory, invoicing, A/R, A/P, sourcing, cost/time optimization and more. Excellent communication a must. Experience is not required but constant usage of e-commerce software programs with occasional use of Adobe or CAD programs (SolidWorks, Fusion360) will be necessary. Location: candidates must live in the United States and be a U.S. Citizen or have legal work privileges in the United States.
Are you self motivated, results driven, and personable? Are you the friend that everyone gravitates to at the party? Do you live in Texas or a South Eastern state? Do you have experience working, selling or procuring in Aviation/Airports, Military/SOF/LE/Fire, oil & gas/mining or other Industrial Safety sectors? We are looking for applicants possessing good computer skills, outgoing personalities, and a willingness to learn. Territory/Account Managers will learn quoting, invoicing, lead generation, and account management, while working toward becoming a member of the outside sales team. Everyone starts here, and we expect rapid growth into outside sales. Initial job duties will include inside support of sales team, event and trade show participation, current/new account management, customer interaction, and much more. Candidates must live in the territory/geographic region for which they are applying and be a U.S. Citizen or have legal work privileges in the United States.

We are looking for skilled Engineers/Prototypers/Craftsmen/Craftswomen to help us design and build out the hard lines side of our IcePlate Ecosystem. If you are the handiest person in your social circle, have a true passion for engineering (Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) with experience building things, then we want to hear from you. Applicants will be expected to travel domestically. Experience and/or formal training in as many of the following as possible is highly preferred: industrial design, fabrication, CNC, CAD, SolidWorks, Fusion360, woodworking, plastics/polymers, vacuum forming and/or an ability to be the handiest person "one second after." Experience with ANSI, ISEA, OSHA, ASTM and NFPA are a plus. Location: candidates must live within 90 minutes of the Washington D.C. Metro Area and be a U.S. Citizen.
