Over 80% of the population wears a Medium sized plate carrier. Your front plate should be placed at your Sternal Angle and centered on your mid-clavicular line. The top of your back armor plate should be approximately one inch or two vertebrae below your Vertebra prominens. The bottom of your armor plate should be approximately one to three inches above your belly button, depending on your height and torso size.

Yes! ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3 has both a front and rear bag you can use for plates or ICEPLATE®s. Additionally, up to three (3) IMS Pro Combos can be added to ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3: body facing side of front plate bag, body facing side of rear plate bag, and the world-facing side of the rear plate bag. While we generally only recommend running IMS Pro Gen 3 on the rear plate bags, ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3 can accommodate them on the front plate bag for the most extreme conditions.
