Our Customer Service Specialists are not only expected to maintain this extremely high customer service standard, but to look for ways to improve it all the time. Customer Service Specialists are part of the frontline of our Marketing and Branding efforts.
By running and optimizing our Customer Service processes and experiences, our Customer Service Specialist will enable the rest of the team to focus on expansion and growth while creating great memories for our customers. This is a mission-critical full time position that will report directly to the Marketing Manager who reports to the CEO. Responsibilities will include staffing LiveChat, answering inbound customer service calls, answering customer emails, and coordinating company responses to customer needs with Sales and Operations. Customer Service Specialists are empowered to solve customer service issues in a single communication using a wide variety of tools at their disposal. Responsibilities will include establishing and prosecuting processes as follows:
- Staff LiveChat
- Staff company email
- Staff company phone lines
- Create amazing, memorable customer experiences
- Coordinate customer experiences with Marketing, Sales and Operations
- Other duties as assigned.
