Good product keeps me warm outdoors shooting also some what hydrated not enough water also the valve I belive on top of the product so you can get suction to the water will be lost extremely easy I lost it 3 times the only reason I knew was becaaue water was coming down my back I had to put tape to not lose it . Other thing would be the nickel and dime other then that it’s a good product

Was beyond excited when the plates arrived, excellent build quality however they were much larger than I was expecting, they don't fit into my vests standard plate pockets so I'm slightly disappointed, nothing a modification or two cant fix, but just annoying.

Otherwise used them a few times already and happy to report in +45°C weather they last around 2-3hours (frozen) and +4hours with the water still ice cold.

I searched the internet for a way to keep me from over heating while going on my Summer runs in Phoenix. I decided to order one plate to give it a test run, was not disappointed. I was not thrilled about the idea of running with my plate carrier on, but it seems no one cares and my health is of the utmost importance. I have since bought another plate to keep my even cooler. I've recommended these plates to my friends, as I believe in this product.

fits in my plate carrier well. would recommend to anyone who wants a hydration pack/freezer pack for their plate carrier.

Overall a solid piece of kit to have. Currently running it through its paces in a JPC for combat training in 115°F heat. My only complaint would be the hose connection. Have had multiple training exercises where the hose becomes disconnected from the 90° elbow that quick connects to the plate. This then empties all the water in the plate being that it's at the bottom. Fixed by zip tying the hose to elbow connector but a bit of an oversight for a product that costs $100+. Only reason I had to give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

As a shooter and a medical provider, I felt that this would be a great addition to my daily kit. I was NOT mistaken. Absolutely love the iceplate purely as a supplemental hydration kit as I have not yet actually froze one. I now have 2 units for my 2 different carriers and HIGHLY recommend for anyone.

It’s a very minimalistic way to carry water and you can freeze it so it keeps you cool during a hot day while also being big enough to last all day long it was definitely a great purchase.

When frozen it does keep you cool in extreme heat (with both field top and combat top) the drinking tube took a second to get used to but the qd hose is a nice feature. With it being hard shell you don't have to worry about it poping on you when sitting in a vehicle like most other water pack. The main issue I've had and the only reason I give it 3/5 is with my plate it keeps leaking through the rubber valve on the top of the ice plate just annoying in the heat but I can see it being a huge issue in a cold weather environment.
