Order Cancellation Request
Sometimes orders need to change. We get it. But every online order we process creates real, non-refundable costs in the payment stream—fees from Shopify, card networks, and payment processors that we pay whether an order ships or not.
To stay transparent and keep pricing fair for everyone, all approved cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of your order total. This fee helps offset the non-refundable processing costs we incur the moment your order is placed. Before you submit a request
- Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet entered the packaging, fulfillment, or shipping process.
- If your order is already being packed or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please follow the return options on our Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations page.
- All approved cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% Cancellation Fee to cover payment processing costs we cannot recover.
Cancellation Terms & Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, you’re asking us to cancel the order listed below and you’re agreeing to the Cancellation Terms & Conditions of Qore Performance, Inc.
By submitting this form, I confirm that:
- I have read and understand Qore Performance, Inc.’s Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations policy, including the section on cancellations.
- I am requesting cancellation of the order listed below and authorize Qore Performance, Inc. to deduct a non-refundable Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of my order total from any refund I receive.
- I understand this fee exists to cover non-refundable transaction and processing costs charged by payment platforms and processors.
- I understand that submitting this request does not guarantee cancellation. If my order is already in the fulfillment or shipping process, Qore Performance may be unable to cancel it and I will need to follow the returns process instead.
- I agree not to dispute this Cancellation Fee with my payment provider and understand that Qore Performance, Inc. may use this authorization and my submission as evidence of my agreement if a dispute is initiated.
