ICEVENTS® Inner Belt distributes pressure for more comfortable and durable load carriage with your duty belt in any environmental or hazardous conditions with the same security and reliability as traditional inner belts woven through beltloops. ICEVENTS® Inner Belt can be worn wover an untucked shirt, a rain jacket, winter warming layers, or CBRNE PPE and it will stabilize your outer duty belt equally well.
The requirements dictated the architecture.
Its monolithic ICEVENTS® architecture uses proprietary thermoplastic elastomer technology to combine load distribution and padding in a single, anti-microbial structure. At 90% air by volume, it creates stand-off beneath a hook-lined duty belt to prevent moisture accumulation and distribute pressure across a broader surface area.
The use of ultra-specialized materials, unique tooling, detailed labor and substantially fewer finished units from each production run in the ICEVENTS® Inner Belt manufacturing process is more dramatically more complex than conventional cut-and-sew construction used for normal inner belts.

ICEVENTS® Inner Belt is not for everyone. If a conventional inner belt already meets your requirements, we encourage you to stick with what works. However, when extended duty hours beneath a loaded duty belt turn ventilation, pressure distribution and long-duration wearability from preferences into operational requirements, ICEVENTS® Inner Belt is for you.
THE MORE ACCESSIBLE PATH
For most duty-belt users, ICEVENTS® Aero Ventilated Gun Belt Pads provide targeted stand-off ventilation, load distribution and hotspot relief at a substantially lower cost. They work with any duty belt and can be positioned where support is needed most. ICEVENTS® Inner Belt exists for users whose requirements justify a full-circumference, one-piece solution.
IMPORTANT NOTES — READ BEFORE PURCHASING
The hook-receptive loop fabric has lighter adhesion than traditional military-specification Velcro®. It is strong enough to secure ICEVENTS® Inner Belt to an outer belt for most applications. For hard-duty use—or for users who prefer maximum adhesion closer to a traditional Velcro® inner belt—we recommend belt keepers. Snap-style keepers or OneWrap® are available here. Keepers provide absolute security while preserving load distribution.
ICEVENTS® Inner Belt is a durable consumable product, similar to a magazine. The honeycomb matrix is engineered for years of hard use, but the hook-receptive loop surface may eventually wear with repeated use.

ICEVENTS® Inner Belt is available in size 36. Built-in adjustment provides a usable length of approximately 34 to 38 inches, accommodating different clothing systems and environmental conditions.
Waists larger than 38 inches can be accommodated with the ICEVENTS® Inner Belt Extender, which adds up to eight inches of adjustment.

[ WHY AN INNER DUTY BELT MATTERS ]
An inner duty belt creates a stable interface between the wearer and the loaded outer belt. It helps distribute weight, reduce sag and keep equipment positioned consistently during movement.
ICEVENTS® Inner Belt changes that interface from a simple attachment layer into a padded, hydrophobic, load-distribution system. Its monolithic structure creates stand-off, spreads pressure and helps manage moisture without adding foam or a second padded sleeve.

Will ICEVENTS® Inner Belt work with my current gun belt?
Yes, provided the outer belt is lined with hook fabric. ICEVENTS® Inner Belt is compatible with curved and straight duty, range and competition belts from leading manufacturers.
Does it work with both curved and straight outer belts?
Yes. The curved architecture is optimized to follow the body, but the material remains flexible enough to work with straight outer belts.
Should I use belt keepers?
For hard-duty use, yes. The breathable loop surface intentionally provides lighter adhesion than traditional military-specification Velcro®. Keepers provide maximum security while preserving ventilation and load distribution.
Can it be worn inside belt loops or over clothing?
Yes. ICEVENTS® Inner Belt can be worn through compatible belt loops or over clothing. The TPE structure grips clothing more effectively than conventional nylon while increasing user comfort over long movements or shifts.
Is this a true inner belt or a battle-belt pad?
It is a true inner belt. The ventilated honeycomb structure is the belt rather than a pad attached to a conventional nylon chassis.
Which should I buy: ICEVENTS® Inner Belt or ICEVENTS® Aero Ventilated Gun Belt Pads?
For most users, ICEVENTS® Aero Ventilated Gun Belt Pads are the more accessible and modular solution. They provide targeted ventilation and load distribution at the hips and can be repositioned as needed. ICEVENTS® Inner Belt is the full-circumference, integrated solution for users whose requirements justify its monolithic architecture. If you are unsure, start with the Aero pads.
How much adjustment is built in?
The size 36 belt adjusts from approximately 34 to 38 inches. The ICEVENTS® Inner Belt Extender adds up to eight inches.
Does ICEVENTS® Inner Belt stretch?
Yes. Its anisotropic architecture provides controlled flexibility and stretch while maintaining load distribution and stability.
Can it be used for concealed carry?
We do not recommend using ICEVENTS® Inner Belt for concealed carry as it was engineered to distribute the load of an outside-the-waistband duty or range belt.
Will additional colors be offered?

Will there be a hook-backed version for loop-lined outer belts?
There are no current plans for a hook-backed version because loop-lined outer belts represent a very small portion of the market.
