By co-locating our R&D, manufacturing, and fulfillment under one roof, we maintain the highest quality control standards in the industry and pivot at the speed of the mission.

2. The Berry vs. USMCA Distinction
We provide two distinct paths for our customers, guided by our commitment to transparency:
* Berry Compliant (100% U.S.): For our Department of War and US Government clients like the United States Secret Service, ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3, IMS Pro Gen 3, ICEPLATE® Backpack Gen 3, and ICEFLASK® Wing, MOLLE, and K9 Holsters are made from 100% U.S.-sourced materials and hardware at our Knoville, TN HQ2. This ensures compliance with federal law and supports the American textile industrial base.
* USMCA (Near-Shore Materials, U.S. Built): To make our technology more accessible to private citizens and safety professionals, we offer variants that utilize high-performance materials from our USMCA partners (Mexico/Canada). Crucially: These are still manufactured by U.S. Citizens in our Knoxville HQ2. You get the same precision and craftsmanship at a more accessible price point.

3. American Heritage: ICEPLATE®, ICEFLASK®, and ICEVENTS®
Our foundational technologies, ICEPLATE® and ICEFLASK®, are 100% American-made. From the FDA-certified, BPA-free HDPE resin to the precision molding process, these water bottles are manufactured by U.S. Citizens in the Midwest.

While we strive to keep as much as possible domestic, we will never sacrifice performance for a label. If a specialized manufacturing process exists elsewhere that can better protect our customers, we use it—and we tell you about it.
