We don’t want to be in every tactical shop on the corner. We don't want "middlemen" who only provide a markup without providing value to the customer.

Here is why our Strategic Dealer model is the only way to protect the integrity of the ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM®.
1. Protecting the User, Not the Markup
The traditional distribution model adds layers of cost for which the end-user eventually pays. By remaining primarily Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) across B2B, B2C, and B2G, we ensure that our capital goes into R&D and American manufacturing, not into subsidizing a retailer's overhead.
We only partner with Domestic Dealers who provide Intrinsic Value that we cannot provide ourselves—such as specialized government contract vehicles (DLA TLS, IDIQ) or unique category expertise like Occupational Safety, or are a Brand/Manufacturer who makes products that compliment our ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM.
2. Strategic Scarcity vs. Mass Market Dilution
When a brand is everywhere, it belongs to no one. If a retailer doesn't understand the Thermal Physiology behind our gear, they cannot serve the customer.
Our "Strategic Dealers" are defined by capability, not just capital. To represent Qore Performance, a partner must demonstrate at least one of the following characteristics:
* Brand Stewardship: A proven ability to protect our intellectual property and mission.
* Atypical Reach: Access to specialized markets that require a human touch and expert guidance.
* High-Fidelity Merchandising: Whether digital or physical, the presentation must reflect the precision of the hardware.

3. The "Living in Truth" Filter
We require an opening order of $10,000 in stocking inventory (government pass-through orders do not count), a $25,000 annual commitment, and a rigorous Merchandising Plan from our dealers that must include our entire product line. We do this for a simple reason: Investment equals Alignment. If a partner isn't willing or able to invest in the brand, they aren't equipped to protect the customer.
The Verdict: Choosing Partners Over Prospects
We aren't looking for "accounts." We are looking for Mission Partners. By keeping our circle small and our standards high, we ensure that every time an operator interacts with the ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM®, they are getting the truth, not a sales pitch.

We have two types of Dealer Pricing Structures: Stocking and Non-Stocking.

Strategic US Dealer Requirements:
1. Minimum Opening Order of $7,500 in stocking inventory.
2. Minimum Annual Commitment of $25,000. Accounts who do not meet this performance threshold may be closed at the sole and exclusive discretion of Qore Performance, Inc.
3. All ICEVENTS® Holster Pad orders must be accompanied by either ICEFLASK® and/or ICEPLATE® on a 1:1 basis. For example, if a PO contains 100 x ICEVENTS® Aero Holster Pads, the same PO must contain either 100 x ICEFLASK® or 100 x ICEPLATE® units or any mix and match combination (25 x ICEPLATE® + 75 x ICEFLASK® would also count) as long as the 1:1 ratio is maintained.
4. All orders must be pre-paid via ACH for the first year. After accounts have been in good standing for at least one year, accounts can apply for limited terms.
5. All orders carry a 6-8 week lead time, though we aim to ship sooner and we almost always do.
6. All POs must be submitted in PDF format to this email address, on company letterhead with complete billing and shipping information. Incomplete POs will not be processed.
7. At least three trade references from current industry partners are required for new accounts. Examples: Ops-Core, Aimpoint, Trijicon, Ferro Concepts, Oakley, No exceptions.
8. All Dealers are required to sign and adhere to our Brand Stewardship Agreement, which includes our philosophy on discounting/promotions. This is a simple guide on how to represent our brand as a third party and respect the significant resources invested into developing and maintaining the Qore Performance® brand and its associated trademarks, including but not limited to: ICEPLATE®, ICEFLASK®, ICEVENTS®, #StayFrosty®, and Building A Superhuman Future®.

I am a retail store and FFL in Hawaii and there are currently no stores stocking items that are in high demand by military and law enforcement. Most guys want to get hands on with the gear before purchasing.
