With 140 watts of conductive cooling or 104 watts of conductive heating power on tap, ICEPLATE EXO®-XFT is the first and only “plate carrier” style weighted training vest with the ability to provide performance-enhancing thermoregulation and/or hydration with the ability to adjust weight loads to fit your training requirements. ICEPLATE EXO®-XFT (Weighted Training Vest + Cooling/Heating/Hydration)

The EXO-XFT is everything you'd expect in a fitness vest from Qore, especially if you already own an ICE. The quality of materials, the finish and the fit are all great. Wore mine for the first time this past year doing Chad 1000 with 2x Rogue weighted plates. These were early iteration Rogue weight plates (Not the SAPI shaped current ones) that are a little rougher in terms of the edges which initially had me worried because of the soft stretch material the EXO-XFT uses. However, after 1000 weighted step ups in a row, it showed no signs of any snagging or any issues caused by the plates. The vest expands very easily to allow for comfortable breathing and does not retain weight from you drenching it in sweat.

We are loving the EXO-XFT! My husband and I both use it. He uses it for work and I use it for play;). My husband works in a very hot environment so he is using it for the hottest days at work (manufacturing plant). I plan to use it much more next summer when we hit our higher temps - mostly for hiking, outdoor cross training workouts, and staying cool at hot races. I am super impressed with the quality of the vest and the ice plates. I can see this lasting for a long time!

Not only great for workouts, I used the exo-xft on the range while I was instructing in 100+ degree weather and high humidity with no shade. Threw it on after lunch and very quickly felt my brain re-engage and helped me demonstrate the physically demanding portion of the class. Don't restrict it to just the gym!
