ICEVENTS® is designed around pressure redistribution, convective airflow, and thermal relief, not just cushioning. Given a history of three back surgeries, it’s completely understandable that duty belt pressure is especially challenging. ICEVENTS® is designed to reduce pressure concentration, improve airflow, and manage heat, but it’s not intended to function as a medical or orthopedic device. In cases involving prior spinal surgery or chronic injury, even meaningful reductions in pressure may not be sufficient to fully resolve discomfort.

ICEVENTS® Classic are a great product, but our ICEVENTS® Inner Belt was invented and optimized for this specific application. Our ICEVENTS® Technology is best-in-class and unmatched by any other padding technology in the world which has been practically and empirically proven since launch in 2018. Shipping for a single ICEVENTS® Aero pad usually runs less than $5-6 on average (depending on your specific location). If a $5 shipping charge to maximize your performance on the job is cost prohibitive, then we are probably not the right company for you and we wish you the best of luck.
