Pairing IMS Pro (ICEPLATE MOLLE Sleeve Pro) with ICEPLATE® Curve (sold separately) is a plate carrier hydration and body armor cooling/heating game changer. Advancing our vision for Building A Superhuman Future, IMS Pro harnesses the full power of the water you carry on duty: freeze for cooling, hot water for heating, all-climate hydration. Worn on the inside or outside of your plate carrier, ICEPLATE MOLLE Sleeve Pro mounts securely to your plate carrier using any combination of MOLLE and/or Velcro Hook or Loop. ICEPLATE MOLLE Sleeve Pro features laser-cut MOLLE on both faces in addition to Velcro brand hook tape on one face and Velcro brand loop tape on the other face for universal compatibility with any plate carrier MOLLE and/or hook or loop field. Exchanging ICEPLATE Curves is built on our "Hydration Magazine" concept and is as simple as it sounds.

Running a 5.11 TacTec with 11x14 curves, I had to take the route of the IMS Pro Sleeve for my IcePlate. Dilemma was inside vs. outside. Inside and I lose my super comfy vented pads and am forced to purchase additional padding for the long days comfort OR outside and I retain my cushions but lose nearly 4 rows of molle on sides and bottom which is valuable real-estate for my multi-day outings. I opted for the outside method and I stacked my MultiFak onto my admin toolkit as I am multi role medic and wrench/gunsmith. Slightly inconvenient should I need my tools rapidly but as with anything, we adapt to the circumstances.
Mounting is so easy a fireman can do it and the construction is phenomenal. Time will tell how it holds up to rocks and trees but I am fairly confident in Qore Performance Products... #111percentEMS

The concept of having a “Magazine” style sleeve it’s a fantastic idea my only complaint is the mounting to my plate carrier I’m running a crye JPC 2.0 and functionally it works feeding the cumberbun lines threw the Molly on the sleeve is a very positive connection but for the top half I’m using the provided 1 wrap I have 4 loops holding the top of the sleeve but when I’m walking threw the bush things like to catch and try to rip the sleeve off my back it’s definitely not coming off but I would like a different mounting system over the one wrap overall it’s a great product

Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review of your IMS Pro experience. As noted on the product page and videos, IMS Pro has laser-cut Negative MAPS on both faces of the sleeve so you can use any MOLLE/MALICE attachment system you want: MALICE Clips, 5.11 SlickSticks, BLACKHAWK Speed Clips, etc. While OneWrap is included for versatility and personalization, IMS Pro does not limit you to just OneWrap by design.

I like the ice plate and the molle sleeve to an extent so far I just wish it was smaller because when it's on my plate carrier it does add weight which is expected but likes to pull down on the back for me a little but this might just ne a issue for me this could depend on your body and the ballistic plates you have

Thanks for taking the time to leave an honest account of your IMS Pro experience. You are correct in that adding 1.5L of water to the back of your plate carrier will add weight to your plate carrier which will pull the back of your carrier down more than if you did not have that water present. With some plate carriers, depending on the quality of the materials, pattern, and craftsmanship, some adjustment of the PC fit may be required to account for the new water weight. However, if your IMS Pro is pulling away from your PC, then you simply need to add additional OneWrap (included with your IMS Pro) to the portions of the IMS Pro that are pulling away from your PC consistent with the installation instructions which can be found by scanning the QR code included with your IMS Pro. Pros:
Excellent material and craftsmanship.
Works as designed.
Did exactly what I wanted it to do.
Cons:
Water definitely sloshes around in there when running. Can be kinda loud and annoying, not super loud while walking.
Iceplate didn't fit 100% flush into the sleeve, there was some wrinkled sleeve at the top, I'm sure it was to run the hose through, but just be aware.
I would have preferred a built in molle system on the sleeve, but the one-wrap works well. It's definitely not an easy-on/easy-off type of molle pouch.
I mounted mine a JPC 2.0 and because of the way the JPC's cummerbund uses shock cord to affix to the rear plate bag, the iceplate doesn't sit flush to the back plate. Which is fine, it's just a cosmetic thing, but for those with JPCs, just a heads up.

We thought it might be helpful to point out that IMS Pro is capable of being used with any plate carrier in external hard cell hydration only configuration, but the design is really optimized for use with our IcePlate EXO:

First off, I am not an operator. Just a nobody who wants to be prepared with some Larping on the side. Qore performance has impressed me over the past few purchases. The ice plate sleeve was a great addition to my ice plate with my LV119. Easy to install on any molle backing. Also easily removable. The biggest thing I like about this is if you don't need the Ice Plate you can remove it and the sleeve is flat and not noticeable. For anyone in Hot Temperatures, this would be a great add-on that is reasonably priced. With a few swappable Ice Plates, you can stay cooler longer and beat the heat!

Based on a review by Carl of Tactical Rifleman, I became interested in the IcePlate, but it was his insistence on the innovation of the IcePlate Sleeve that piqued my curiosity. How could something as seemingly simple as the Sleeve be such a game changer? Simple: this robust yet thin Sleeve gives you options and versatility that just sticking the IcePlate into your carrier doesn't. The hook and loop sides make for quick and easy mating to the inside or outside of your carrier without having to disturb your plates. The included MAPs roll makes it easy to securely attach your sleeve to the outside of your carrier, and the included straps allow you to combine two Sleeves so you can stay warm or cool and hydrated independent of your carrier. I plan to get multiple Sleeves for speed of versatility and cannot imagine anyone being disappointed. There are plenty of YouTube videos both from Qore and independent content creators that highlight this system.
