Hard Goods (ICEPLATE® CLASSIC, ICEPLATE® Curve, ICECAP, ICECASE, etc.) 
We've got your back. Our ongoing mission is to make great products for you and we stand behind them 100%. You have placed your trust in us and we take that trust seriously. Our job is ALWAYS helping you #StayFrosty®, and our Forever Warranty does this while also making it easy to keep your kit fresh. The Forever Warranty does not apply to any Seconds product and is valid for retail price purchases only It does not apply to any non-MSRP purchase. The Forever Warranty is not transferrable.

Hard Goods are fully warrantied against all manufacturer defects. If you notice any manufacturing defects upon receipt, send us a photo or video and we will repair or replace your product at our expense. Any Hard Good item used in a configuration outside its original design intent, or in combination with product(s) outside its dedicated ecosystem will not qualify for Forever Warranty coverage. Replacement product will be sent as soon as we receive pictures of the warranty issue to be sure we are addressing the correct problem. Replacement product will not be sent until this information has been received.

 Individual Customers Enterprise Customers
0-60 days from purchase : If your Hard Good breaks in any way under normal use (ie not dropped or otherwise incorrectly handled) and in original purchased configuration (unmodified in any way) we will replace it at our expense.
0-60 days from purchase : If your Hard Good breaks in any way under normal use (ie not dropped or otherwise incorrectly handled) and in original purchased configuration (unmodified in any way) we will replace it at our expense.
60-365 days from purchase : If your Hard Good breaks under normal use (ie not dropped or otherwise incorrectly handled) and in original purchased configuration (not modified in any way) we will replace or repair it (at discretion of our technicians) at no charge! Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of you, the customer.
60-180 days from purchase : If your Hard Good breaks under normal use (ie not dropped or otherwise incorrectly handled) and in original purchased configuration (not modified in any way) we will replace or repair it (at discretion of our technicians) at no charge! Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of you, the customer.
Beyond 1 year : You can purchase a replacement Hard Good of the same generation (subject to availability) at a 50% discount in exchange for sending your broken Hard Good back to Qore Performance®. If the same generation IcePlate® is not available, you can exchange your broken Hard Good to purchase a more recent generation of your Hard Good at a 25% discount.
Beyond 180 days : You can purchase a replacement Hard Good of the same generation (subject to availability) at a 50% discount in exchange for sending your broken IcePlate® back to Qore Performance®. If the same generation IcePlate® is not available, you can exchange your broken Hard Good to purchase a more recent generation of your Hard Good at a 25% discount.

 

Soft Goods (IMS, ICEPLATE EXO®, ICEVEST HiVis, ICESHIELD PLUS, ICEVENTS®, etc.)

0-365 days from purchase: all Soft Goods are all protected by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only during this time, which means that if you have any issues in your first year, we’ll fix or replace it with a product of the same model generation. Our warranty applies to products used responsibly, and damage caused by misuse will not be covered, for example: your dog chews up the holster, if you fall off an ATV and your soft good rips apart, if you fall into a saltwater swamp while you are wrestling gators, which causes your soft good to fail, we will attempt to repair it but we will not entirely replace the product for you. Exposure to chemicals like chlorine, detergent, and conditioners may result in a breakdown of material, which will not be covered by our warranty. Warranty does not cover excessive use, abuse, stretching, break-in, or intentional damages. If the same generation product is not available, you can exchange your existing product to purchase the current generation of the same product at a 20% discount. This excludes normal wear and tear.

Beyond one year: you can purchase a replacement of the same generation (subject to availability) at a 25% discount in exchange for sending your original product back to Qore Performance®. If the same generation product is not available, you can exchange your existing product to purchase a more recent generation of the same product at a 20% discount. This excludes normal wear and tear.

Replacement Part support will be maintained while supplies last.

Be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges (if applicable). This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

To submit your Warranty Claim, click here. You will be asked to include photos and/or videos of the problems you are experiencing along with your order number or receipt/proof of purchase from a third party retailer if you did not make your purchase on our website, so please include that information in your warranty claims. We strive to solve issues with a single communication as often as humanly possible because we know your time is valuable. All warranties apply to the original purchaser of record only and are not transferrable in any way. 

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by the Fulfillment Team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
