ICEVENTS® Classic Shoulder Pads bring load carrying and ventilation to the next level at an incredibly light weight. They are designed specifically for use with Combat Shirts and other collared uniform shirt styles.* ICEVENTS® Classic set the new standard in high performance plate carrier shoulder pad technology.

*IMPORTANT NOTE ON APPLICATION/UNIFORM/APPAREL: Due to ICEVENTS® unique omnidirectional ventilation architecture and full width profile for heavy loads, ICEVENTS® Classic are designed to be worn with Combat Shirts and other duty-type uniforms with collars. Some users might be able to wear ICEVENTS® Classic with a t-shirt or other non-collared shirt depending on exact body type, setup preferences, and field worthiness. However, wearing ICEVENTS® Classic without a collar is not recommended. For shirts without a collar, we recommend ICEVENTS® Aero.

ICEVENTS® Classic are recommended for heavier, more protective plate carriers worn with full duty uniforms. If you are running a t-shirt or other low-collar shirt, we recommend ICEVENTS® Aero Plate Carrier Shoulder Pads.

Bought these for my Crye JPC 2.0. Quick to ship easy to install on my carrier and I love them they made the footprint of the shoulder straps wider which I find more comfortable and feel like real quality materials. I showed the other guys in my platoon and now everyone with a Crye is working on getting a set. They are a real game changer especially being here in the desert also made kit runs a touch more comfortable.

Feel great just the fabric has come off on one of the ice vents other wise I would give 5 stars I also am using I vent for my holster pad and gun belt for work. So it a full work set up I'm using all of it for. Works great but like I said besides the backing coming off the ice vents been great

Didn’t buy it at first

I really wasn’t sold on the science of the Icevent systems but I kept looking for shoulder pads and Qore kept coming up. I have it a shot and once I threw on my carrier I was shocked. My kit is about 20-25 lbs and it felt like nothing. It was crazy. Every time I throw it on I’m still in shock how well it distributes the weight but it doesn’t even fell like it distributes it. Just feels like it’s not there and it does have nice ventilation. Crazy stuff, great product. I think I should’ve bought the thinner profile ones but these are still fine. Highly recommend, was truly surprised.
