IMPORTANT - READ THIS FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING: This product page features an older version of our current ICEPLATE® Hydration Backpack Gen 3, based off of the now discontinued ICEPLATE EXO®-SLK rear plate bag. The current version of ICEPLATE® Hydration Backpack Gen 3 features a full MOLLE field on the rear, this version does NOT feature MOLLE. ICEPLATE® Gen 3 is not included.
These REGEN items are only available in MultiCam, Ranger Green, Obsidian Black, and HiVis, once they are gone, they will not be restocked. This item requires basic assembly (mating Velcro loop to hook, mounting straps via shock cord) and this is reflected in the pricing. See instructions section below.

[ WHAT IS ICEPLATE® HYDRATION BACKPACK GEN 3? ]
ICEPLATE® Hydration Backpack Gen 3 is designed to provide easy-access hydration while regulating body temperature. Powered by ICEPLATE® Gen 3 , it delivers cooling, heating, and hydration in one system.
With 52.4 fl oz (1.55 L) of capacity, it can be frozen for 2–4 hours of cooling or filled with hot water for 3–5 hours of heating—extending performance in any environment.

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]
Assembly
Assembling and sizing your REGEN ICEPLATE® Backpack Gen 3 is simple. Follow the eight steps and accompanying images below:
1. Open your package, you will have a strap kit and your rear plate bag.
2. Orient your straps to curve away from the body.
3. Mate the shoulder straps of the rear plate bag to the backpack straps. The amount of overlap is adjustable based on your sizing needs.
4. Once you have determined your sizing, take the tri-fold shoulder shrouds and fold them over the straps, mating the Velcro loop to hook.
5. Next, take the shock cord and route it through the plate bags bottom eyelets, then loop that through the sewn loop at the bottom of the backpack strap. Repeat for both sides.
6. Tie the shock cord in a knot to secure the straps. Repeat for both sides.
7. Take the sternum strap and clip it in to the small central laser cut holes at an even height between both backpack straps.
8. Your REGEN ICEPLATE® Backpack Gen 3 is assembled and ready for your ICEPLATE® Gen 3. Simply open the bottom closure flap, fully seat your ICEPLATE® inside and connect your drink tube to the ICECAP Gen 3.
