Domestic US Dealers/Distributors
US Dealers
Government Distributors
*Goldbelt Security (ICEVENTS® Inner Belt and Holster Pads)
In the traditional retail playbook, success is measured by "doors"—how many shelves can you sit on? How many distributors can you sign? But at Qore Performance, we view the "Sales at All Costs" model as a threat to our mission of Building A Superhuman Future®.
We don’t want to be in every tactical shop on the corner. We don't want "middlemen" who only provide a markup without providing a mission.
Here is why our Strategic Dealer model is the only way to protect the integrity of the ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM®.
1. Protecting the User, Not the Markup
The traditional distribution model adds layers of cost that the end-user eventually pays for. By remaining primarily Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) across B2B, B2C, and B2G, we ensure that our capital goes into R&D and American manufacturing, not into subsidizing a retailer's overhead.
We only partner with dealers who provide Intrinsic Value that we cannot provide ourselves—such as specialized government contract vehicles (DLA TLS, IDIQ) or unique category expertise.
2. Strategic Scarcity vs. Mass Market Dilution
When a brand is everywhere, it belongs to no one. If a retailer doesn't understand the Thermal Physiology behind our gear, they cannot serve the customer.
Our "Strategic Dealers" are defined by capability, not just capital. To represent Qore Performance, a partner must demonstrate:
* Brand Stewardship: A proven ability to protect our intellectual property and mission.
* Atypical Reach: Access to specialized markets that require a human touch and expert guidance.
* High-Fidelity Merchandising: Whether digital or physical, the presentation must reflect the precision of the hardware.
3. The "Living in Truth" Filter
We require an opening order of $10,000 in stocking inventory (government pass-through orders do not count), a $25,000 annual commitment, and a rigorous Merchandising Plan from our dealers that must include our entire product line. We do this for a simple reason: Investment equals Alignment. If a partner isn't willing or able to invest in the brand, they aren't equipped to protect the customer.
The Verdict: Choosing Partners Over Prospects
We aren't looking for "accounts." We are looking for Mission Partners. By keeping our circle small and our standards high, we ensure that every time an operator interacts with the ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM®, they are getting the truth, not a sales pitch.
In the race for ubiquity, we choose to stay specialized. Building A Superhuman Future® doesn't happen on a bargain bin shelf.

Hi Benjamin,
Yes, you can absolutely use ICEPLATE® inside of your plate bag if you have a plate carrier that can accept true Medium ESAPI armor plates. Here are two links with complete details, including measurements:

Can I use the iceplate in my current plate carrier as an insert??
Hi Jonathan,
Samples can be purchased right here on our website. Details on Bulk Purchasing can be found in the footer below.
Howdy, I run and operate a T-shirt stand in California that follows wildland forest fires and sets up shop near where fire camps are staged.
Our customers typically range from firefighters and local law enforcement to helicopter and aircraft pilots.
We display T-shirts that we have designed and labeled based on the current fire, and wearing one of these T-shirts tells others that you worked as part of an effort to suppress that specific fire.
However, we sell a range of other products as well, such as sunglasses and safety supplies, along with general accessories that may aid the brave workers in extreme conditions.
Your product is one of those that is in a specific category that relates to something I cater to, and that’s also difficult to obtain test products, reviews, and further information on.
I would like to contact you about receiving a test product along with available accessories or add-ons, so we could do some tests and see if it could meet the standards of those who work long hours under the California sun.
Take care, and I will be looking forward to hearing from you!
