Check your eligibility
Forever Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser of products bought directly from Qore Performance® at full retail price (MSRP). Coverage is not transferable. REGEN/Seconds products and any other non-MSRP purchases are not eligible.
If you purchased through a third-party reseller or distributor, please work directly with that seller to handle your request.
Hard goods
Includes ICEPLATE® Gen 3, ICECAP, ICEFLASK®, and other hard goods.
Hard goods are fully covered against manufacturer defects. If you notice a manufacturing defect when your product arrives, send us a photo or video through the warranty process below. We will repair or replace your product at our expense.
For coverage: Use your hard good in its original, unmodified configuration, within its original design intent and dedicated ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM™. Products used outside that design intent or with products outside their dedicated ICEAGE ECOSYSTEM™ do not qualify. Lost products and parts are not covered.
Individual customers
0–60 days from purchase
If your hard good breaks in any way under normal use, in its original purchased configuration and without modification, we will replace it at our expense. Normal use excludes dropping or otherwise incorrectly handling the product.
60–365 days from purchase
If your hard good breaks under normal use, in its original purchased configuration and without modification, we will repair or replace it at no charge, at our technicians' discretion. Normal use excludes dropping or otherwise incorrectly handling the product. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Beyond one year
Send your broken hard good back to Qore Performance® to purchase a same-generation replacement at a 50% discount, subject to availability. If the same generation is unavailable, exchange your broken hard good to purchase a more recent generation of that hard good at a 25% discount. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Enterprise customers
0–60 days from purchase
If your hard good breaks in any way under normal use, in its original purchased configuration and without modification, we will replace it at our expense. Normal use excludes dropping or otherwise incorrectly handling the product.
60–180 days from purchase
If your hard good breaks under normal use, in its original purchased configuration and without modification, we will repair or replace it at no charge, at our technicians' discretion. Normal use excludes dropping or otherwise incorrectly handling the product. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Beyond 180 days
You can purchase a replacement hard good of the same generation, subject to availability, at a 50% discount in exchange for sending your broken ICEPLATE® back to Qore Performance®. If the same generation ICEPLATE® is unavailable, exchange your broken hard good to purchase a more recent generation of that hard good at a 25% discount.
To help us address the correct issue, we need pictures of the warranty issue before sending a hard-good replacement. We will send the replacement as soon as we receive those pictures, using your original shipping method.
Soft goods
Includes IMS Pro Gen 3, ICEPLATE EXO®, ICEVENTS®, and other soft goods.
Your first year
0–365 days from purchase: Soft goods carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. For a covered issue during your first year, we will repair your product or replace it with the same model generation.
If the same generation is unavailable, you can exchange your existing product to purchase the current generation of the same product at a 20% discount. This excludes normal wear and tear.
Beyond one year
Send your original product back to Qore Performance® to purchase a same-generation replacement at a 25% discount, subject to availability.
If the same generation is unavailable, you can exchange your existing product to purchase a more recent generation of the same product at a 20% discount. This excludes normal wear and tear.
Care and coverage
Soft-good coverage applies to products used responsibly. Damage from misuse is not covered. For damage such as an animal chewing a holster, a tear during an ATV fall, or product failure after falling into a saltwater swamp, we will attempt a repair but will not replace the entire product.
Material breakdown caused by exposure to chemicals such as chlorine, detergent, or conditioners is not covered. Coverage also excludes excessive use, abuse, stretching, break-in, and intentional damage.
Replacement parts support continues while supplies last.
Let's get your claim started
All warranty inquiries and claims must be submitted through our dedicated Warranty Form. Providing the details below helps our team understand the issue and resolve it with as little back-and-forth as possible.
- Open our Contact Us page and choose Warranty Form under Reason for Contact.
- Include your order number or other order identification or confirmation information. For purchases from a third-party retailer, have your proof of purchase ready and work through that seller.
- Be ready to provide photos or videos of the issue when our team follows up.
Shipping your warranty items
You are responsible for any applicable return shipping charges. Where the coverage terms above specify shipping both ways, those costs are also your responsibility.
Forever Warranty shipments default to the shipping method and carrier used for your original order. If your order used an approved freight forwarder, all Forever Warranty shipments will go through that same freight forwarder.
