Evaluate Qore Performance® equipment for your organization through our Test and Evaluation (T&E) Sample Program. Public and private sector customers can choose from two paths: T&E Reimbursement or Official Requirement/Solicitation. Review the requirements below to find the right path for your team.
T&E Reimbursement - best for small to medium size organizations
1. Purchase the Qore Performance® products you want to evaluate directly from our website here. You may use a personal, corporate, or government payment method.
2. Save your order number.
3. When your company/team/unit/agency issues a PO for the item(s) you sampled, email us your order number that you used for your samples. As soon as payment is received for the PO, we will credit your original form of payment (personal or professional, it does not matter to us) for the value of the sample order (up to 10% of PO value).
The Qore Performance® T&E Reimbursement Program is valid only for purchases made on our website by any official group of customers. Purchases from third parties of any kind are not eligible for T&E Refund.

Official Requirement/Solicitation - best for large organizations
Send the official contract solicitation/RFP on official letterhead (Corporate/Department/Agency/Branch) with a letter of request signed by a Corporate Officer or Captain/Commander/O-5 or higher, depending on your organization. Please include all of the following in your official letter so our team can review your request:
- Exact product name from our website
- SKU number
- Color breakdown (where applicable)
- Size/Variant Type (where applicable)
- Quantity
- POC (Point of Contact)
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Procurement timeline
- Procurement budget
The Official Requirement/Solicitation program is best for large scale enterprises (think Fortune 1000 or annual revenue in excess of $40m) and government agencies only.

Would you possibly donate to my unit fighting in Ukraine? I’m an American and a 22 year combat vet in the US Army. I came here to help with the fight and the gear they issue is subpar. As an example, steel plates they are giving us, not even side plates for shrapnel. I can’t keep forking out money to get the gear I need. It’s there anyway you can help?

If you work for a Fortune 1000 enterprise, then you could potentially qualify for the Official Requirement/Solicitation option if the contract is large enough. If you do not own/operate a Fortune 1000 enterprise, then you’ll need to follow the directions for the T&E Reimbursement Program above and purchase off of our website.
So I am a police officer but also have my own business with social media platforms. How would I go about getting a product for T&E for my business?
