Worst Parachute ever

Works, allows me to run my tube to my right shoulder.

1 piece, not entire set needed for all plates

I unknowingly purchased the plates & carrier that didn’t come with adapter & tube. Received the order in the mail...where is the tube? Ok, I’ll order the tube...2nd order arrives...ok where is the adapter to connect the tube & plate? Can’t assume anything...Now I dont know if I could end up r accidentally ordering an adapter that wont fit or maybe the adapter will be missing special rubber seals or something that doesn’t come together in 1 package.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. In reviewing your order, you selected 'IceVest Black Multi-Purpose Cooling/Heating Vest - Cooling/Warming Only.' If we may, we'd like to direct your attention to the options boxes above the 'Add to cart' button. You'll see there are two buttons right next to each other: 'Cooling/Warming Only' and 'Drinkable.' Below the first paragraph in the copy, you'll see a section in bold that reads 'Each Package Includes.' In this section, the contents of both packages are listed and labeled as 'Drinkable' or 'Cooling/Warming Only.'

This same logic tree is used on the Source 90 product page.

Given your purchase history, the only product you need to be able to drink out of your IcePlates are IceCaps:

We hope this helps, but please let us know if you have any additional questions. #StayFrosty

Drink tube

I needed a replacement drink tube for my ice plate curve, this tube is awesome, super high quality and the nylon type cover it comes with is really durable. I needed a replacement threads for the curve as the first one I got didn’t sit in place right. After contacting Qore they immediately sent out the part and corrected my issue. Customer service is phenomenal. Thank you Qore

Beyond impressed

words cant begin to describe how satisfied I am with this company as a whole and this quality of the product. Good product as a whole, it works as intended and doesn't rattle around even when its half empty amd you are running, it has 0 play and give when its secured to your plate carrier, and you can ruck without issues and strap whatever your heart desires onto it. 10/10 recommend this and will to everyone in my unit, ive already got 5 people to order these aswell after seeing mine
