Fulfillment, Shipping, and Receiving (FSR) is the heartbeat of our brand. It enjoys a best-in-class reputation in the market, but we can always do better. Our Fulfillment/Shipping and Receiving Specialists are not only expected to maintain this extremely high customer service standard, but to look for ways to improve it all the time. Fulfillment/Shipping and Receiving Specialists are part of the frontline of our Marketing and Branding efforts as they pick, pack, and ship all of the orders placed by our customers. They are responsible for creating the first physical touch point most people have with our brand - an incredible responsibility. 

By running and optimizing our fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes, our FSRs enable the rest of the team to focus on expansion and growth while creating memorable first impressions for our customers. This is a mission-critical full or part time position that  reports directly to the Production Manager. 

• Pick, pack, ship all orders
• Receive and distribute inbound packages
• Organize and track inventory
• Create amazing, memorable customer experiences in the fulfillment process
• Coordinate customer experiences (packaging) with Marketing, Sales and Operations
• Run and manage all logistics associated with fulfilling orders, receiving inbound shipments, and shipping internal logistics packages including all international duties, customs, etc.
• Shipping optimization
• Management of company shipping provider accounts (FDX, USPS, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
