Join Our Team

At Qore Performance, we are looking for a Military Infantry Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with extensive professional infantry experience who is eager to bring their knowledge into the marketing and customer service space. You will help our end-users, ranging from civilians to top-performing military personnel, solve complex problems using your creativity, demonstrable experience, and deep understanding of military tools, equipment, and problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer support, ensuring every interaction is positive and productive.
• Innovative Solutions: Think outside the box to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
• Communication Skills: Excel in multiple communication forms, including visual, written, demonstrations, and on-camera presentations with a tasteful eye and engaging aesthetic (photo and video staging/prop mastery/art direction). 
• Product Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of relevant, modern and bleeding edge military equipment to assist customers in making the very best informed decisions.
• Trend Spotting: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in military tools and equipment.
• Training and Teaching: Share your expertise through training sessions, empowering customers with the knowledge they need to succeed.
• E-commerce Insights: Leverage your understanding of e-commerce to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of five years in military infantry or related fields of current and relevant experience. The ideal candidate will come from a Special Mission Unit, Ranger Regiment, AFSOC, SAC, Marine Corps Infantry, Force Recon, MSRT, BORTAC, CAT, LAPD D Platoon, or similar.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional ability to interact with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with creating visual, educational demonstration content is a plus.
• Innovation: Proven track record of thinking creatively and developing innovative solutions with infantry equipment.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SOF/military tools, equipment, and problem-solving techniques.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to conduct thorough, accurate, and credible testing and evaluation of products on-demand and as needed.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Legal Requirements: Must have the legal ability to work in the USA without sponsorship and be able to pass a background check.
• Work Location: Qore Performance Headquarters in Knoxville, TN MSA.
