What if I need to make a change to my order after I pay?
Since we pride ourselves on getting your order out the door quickly, act fast - most changes to your order like adding, subtracting, or substituting items can only be done by us before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, changes must be done with your selected shipping vendor, and additional charges will apply.
We ship most packages (and highly recommend) FedEx, but do offer UPS and USPS. Use the links below to make changes to your shipment destination with the shipping provider you selected when you checked out. If you are not sure, click on your order's tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
One tip: you may have to sign in / register with the incorrect shipping address in order to make a change. Small mistakes will usually not cause any delivery delays, however an invalid or wrong address may cause extended delays.
Due to fraud prevention policies, some address changes are not possible. In that case, please contact our office and we will do our best to assist. Sometimes, your order will be returned to our Sterling, VA headquarters and a new order will need to be placed (this is rare).
If the package gets returned to us, we can resend the package to a new address as soon as it arrives but you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
