Yes. As long as your carrier can accept Medium ESAPI plates, you are good to go as ICEPLATE® Curve is the exact same dimensions. That said, most plate carriers are not designed with Thermal Transmittance in mind. This is the material/design property you need to maximize the Conductive Cooling power of ICEPLATE®. Our ICEPLATE EXO®-XFT is fully optimized for shirtless PT from the ground up along with incredible Thermal Transmittance. Would it fit into a L sized SPC in the Crossfit/Tactical Games style?

One question I have not seen yet or even an answer for is do these fit in a Crye zip-on panel? Either the Molle (Preferably), Pouch, or Pack Zip-on panel. Just waiting on an answer to this so I can pull the trigger on both.
Hi Neal, IcePlate works with any plate carrier on the market using the available Armor Straps (attaches to the shoulder straps of your PC). However, if you are looking to run IcePlate inside your plate bag, then it will fit inside any plate bag that can accommodate a 10×12 SAPI plate. The fit might be tighter depending on the exact combo of your issued armor/plate bag. If this is the case, then you can use this method pioneered by two of our customers (@woodcock_stone and @angry.canadian) to contour mold your IcePlate to your armor plates: https://youtu.be/SPg5gDmCQnw
While the AR500 Testudo plate carrier is not a make/model that we have tested first-hand, it appears that it will run IcePlate just fine in the plate bag since it can handle up to 11×14 plates. How well it will fit will depend on the exact armor plate with which you pair your IcePlate.
