The all-new IceVents® Classic Holster Pad eliminates the pressure point (hotspot) created by the True North Concepts MHA (Modular Holster Adapter) on the nerves that control your lower leg. Despite weighing next to nothing, the IceVents® Classic Holster Pad also provides stand-off ventilation and is fully optimized for the True North Concepts MHA. The mount height/placement can be adjusted for use with or without leg straps.
IceVents® Classic Holster Pads are available in black only, no other colors are planned. They are almost completely covered by your MHA, so even if we made these in Coyote Brown, nobody would see your ninja-ness.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All ICEVENTS® Classic products use the same footprint. All ICEVENTS® Aero products use the same footprint. The only difference is the backing (PowerMesh, hook backed, hook-receptive loop backed) and the size (all pads are full size except holster pads which are half size).

[ WHAT'S INCLUDED ]
*The hook-receptive loop fabric is designed for ventilation and has a lighter hook/loop adhesion than you might be used to for military-specification Velcro®. It is strong enough to secure the IceVents® Classic Holster Pad to your holster platform since it is pressing up against your leg.

For sure worth it. Was getting a hot spot in this area due to the material but of course QORE had a solution.
Highly recommend for anyone with a TN holster adapter. You won’t regret it.
Note I don’t feel this thing makes the area feel “cool” temperature wise but it does provide a lot of comfort when having a weapon holstered to your leg.

Liked the first one enough I purchased a second. Takes the pressure off your hip. I use one on a training belt and the other on my duty belt.

I’m no science guru, but I find that this thing works.
Without it the MHA would become an annoying pressure point after wearing the belt for a long period of time. But now it’s not. No muss, no fuss. Does the job, doesn’t get in the way.

The ICEVENTS do a great job of dissipating the 'hot spot' one might experience with the True North modular holster adapter! Definitely money well-spent!!

I bought this pad and use it as a holster pad for appendix carry. Attached via Velcro to the back of the holster and the perfect size. Kills all hot spots and can’t absorb sweat. This stuff needs to be offered in a cut to size kit. It’s way better than any of the wedge kits out there
