BLUF: IcePlate® Classic is ideal for more edge case body types: petite and/or larger frame individuals. IcePlate® Curve is ideal for the large part of the Bell Curve, or individuals with more athletic frames/body types.

    I work in a dental office. I am hot natured to begin with, but when you add all of the PPE and a KN95 mask and a surgical mask, I feel like I am overheating and feel sick. I am not sure if this would work for me. How long does it stay cool. Does it sweat as it warms up?
