To allow greater flexibility for our customers, we have made the AXL Equinox Cummerbund available à la carte. This allows users who previously purchased ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3 with the side strap option to upgrade to a load bearing cummerbund. This page also allows customers to select color for their cummerbund separately from the color of their ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3. Included with the AXL Equinox Cummerbund are AXL SPC Tubes Adapters for seamless integration

The Equinox Cummerbund is a rigid, lightweight cummerbund with a captured FirstSpear® Tubes™ attachment. The captured Tubes™ release mechanism allows the cummerbund to have the strength and load bearing of a rigid, structural cummerbund with the speed of doffing and donning of the tubes system. It is compatible with most side armor pouches.

Sizing:

  • S/M cummerbund is 11 MOLLE channels (17.5" long)
  • L/XL cummerbund is 14 MOLLE channels (22" long)

The LV-119 Wedge Kit and Equinox Retainer Kit are automatically included for free.
