We are looking for an AI Data and E-Commerce Analyst Intern to lead a Customer Email and Digital Merchandising Data Study. Other than sounding like a bunch of jargon ripped from today's headlines, this is an incredible opportunity for anyone interested in the practical application of AI and Machine Learning. 

The goal of this project is to catalog our entire history of customer emails to train our ChatGPT-powered chatbot, creating a remarkable and mind-blowing customer experience in the process. 

-Classify every customer email in database (type, date, product, nature, etc.)

- Create a single PDF for each viable customer question

-Upload single customer questions in PDF to train AI chatbot

-work with Marketing Team to update/upgrade all website content/digital merchandising per email database classification 

- Continually study the customer conversations with our AI chatbot to improve the responses and the customer experience (quicker, better, more accurate answers to questions, short cuts, etc.)
