BLUF
Designed any plate carrier, the eponymous AirLite Structural Cummerbund Adapter is caveman simple. It allows the AirLite Structural Cummerbund by Crye Precision to be used on any plate carrier with a Velcro field. Nothing fancy, nothing special. Just two pieces of Velcro brand hook and loop strips, precision cut by laser here at our Knoxville, TN HQ, then sewn together with exactly the right dimensions for the Crye Precision AirLite Cummerbund.

The AirLite Structural Cummerbund Adapter is 100% Made in USA from US materials right here at our Knoxville, TN HQ.

Crye SPC Airlite Cumberbun Adapter

The adapter is what it says it is. A lot of missed opportunity though. It’s too narrow which causes height stacking variances issues in the front pannel. Basically it reduces the Velcro adhesion of other layers in the plackered. I moved it to the reverse side of my Shaw Arc V2 and that helped. I still wishe this was made of stiffer material, double stitched and full depth of typical plackered. No hate to Quore at least they made a reasonably priced attempt. Look forward to getting, VX’s iteration to see if it’s better.

Huge improvement to my JPC

Ordered this adapter to be able to integrate a structural 2-band, SPC cummerbund to my Crye JPC. Installation was as easy as it gets and it worked exactly as expected. Improved the height of the plate bags.

Great piece of kit

Had an extra SPC cumberbund and JPC sitting around and wanted to try this adapter out. Great product, sturdier than Jerry rigging and inexpensive. Makes the JPC ride almost as nice as the SPC. Great stuff Qore
